I had to disable (and, once finished, re-enable) the ddraw override in wine to run dxglcfg.exe (as per this comment), and added Syberia's game.exe (using defaults to begin with). I only have one DX7 game on hand to test (Syberia). I've been able to get DXGL installed and running, however I'm stuck with scaling.
